• Build and improve an in‑house policy administration and enterprise system.

Qualifications & Experience

• A degree or diploma in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Maths, or a similar field.
• At least 10 years of experience in software development, ideally in a senior or lead role where you’ve had oversight of the full stack.
• Strong, hands‑on experience working with C#, the .NET Framework, and SQL Server.
• Experience with Blazor, ASP.NET, and front‑end tools like HTML.
• A solid background in building and using APIs and working within integrated systems.
• Practical experience working in Microsoft Azure environments.
• If you have experience in financial services, insurance, or other regulated industries, that will be a big plus.
