Qualifications

• Minimum 8–10 years’ experience in SHERQ / HSE management in a high-risk environment.
• Proven experience in implementing and maintaining SHERQ management systems.
• Demonstrated experience in leading incident investigations and risk assessments.

Responsibilities

• Develops, implements and maintains SHERQ strategies and systems across the organisation.
• Ensures legal compliance and promotes a proactive safety culture.
• Drives operational excellence through effective risk management.

Skills

In-depth knowledge of SHERQ legislation, regulations and applicable standards

Strong understanding of risk management principles and tools

Excellent incident investigation and root-cause analysis skills
