Job Description

Are you a dynamic sales leader with a passion for hospitality and a drive to deliver exceptional results? Join our team as Senior Sales Manager – Leisure & MICE, where you’ll play a key role in positioning our hotel as a preferred destination for both leisure and business travellers.

Your scope includes:
  • Proactively promoting the regions brands across local, domestic, and international markets.
  • Securing new business and managing existing key accounts to maximise revenue potential.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, travel partners, and event organisers.
  • Monitoring market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
  • Representing the company at trade shows, travel functions, roadshows, and sales trips.
  • Collaborating closely with internal departments to ensure seamless delivery of client expectations.

About You

You are an energetic and proactive sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment. You have a proven track record in hotel sales—particularly in the Leisure and MICE segments—and possess strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
