Job title: Senior Performance Marketing Manager
Full time, Independent Contractor
Remote (US business hours, Eastern time zone)
We're looking for a detail-oriented Senior Performance Marketing Manager to join our growing paid media team.
You’ll work directly with our Founder and Lead Client Strategist, to execute and optimize paid social campaigns across LinkedIn, Meta, and Google for leading B2B tech clients.
This role is critical to maintaining our high-performance standards as we scale our client portfolio.
You’ll plug into high-quality clients, structured workflows, clear expectations, and a collaborative environment that moves fast without chaos.
We invest heavily in strategy, experimentation, and personal development.
Plus, you’ll have the autonomy to actually drive real, meaningful impact.
Our Team Philosophy
We hire senior-level strategists who can think independently, execute flawlessly, and contribute to client success beyond just campaign management.
You’ll work directly with our founder on high-stakes accounts, have ownership over strategic decisions, and play a critical role in scaling both client results and our agency capabilities.
We optimize for pipeline and revenue, not vanity metrics - managing millions in annual ad spend with measurable ROI.
We work with 4-5 select clients, allowing for deep strategic partnership and exceptional results.
This isn't a typical agency grind - it's strategic, high-impact work that is rewarding (and fun!).
