Salary : R30k-R35k CTC

What the job involves..

Planning executing and buying media for paid social campaigns across Meta (Facebook / Instagram) LinkedIn and other platforms

Managing budgets pacing and bid strategies to maximise return on ad spend (ROAS)

Monitoring campaign performance and making data-led optimisations to improve outcomes

Compiling performance reports and tracking key metrics like ROAS CPC CTR and conversions

Collaborating with creative teams to ensure messaging and visuals are aligned

Conducting audience research and implementing targeting strategies

Staying ahead of changes in social media advertising formats and best practices

Contributing to brainstorming sessions and campaign innovation

What you need to be considered..

5 years hands-on media buying experience for paid social campaigns (agency or in-house)

Strong track record of managing campaign budgets and delivering measurable results

Proficiency with Facebook Ads Manager and LinkedIn Campaign Manager (Google Ads is a bonus)

Understanding of key campaign performance metrics and reporting

Good analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset

Excellent attention to detail

Strong communication skills both written and verbal

Bonus points if you..

Have experience with A / B testing audience targeting and remarketing

Bring expertise in additional paid media platforms
