Senior Operations Manager to lead our operations.

This role is pivotal in driving service excellence, operational efficiency, and client satisfaction

across diverse business process outsourcing functions.

The successful candidate will be a strategic leader with proven

experience in scaling teams, optimizing processes, and fostering a

culture of accountability and engagement.

Requirements
  • 5–10 years progressive operations management experience in the BPO
    sector.
  • Proven ability to manage mid to large-scale teams (150+ employees)
    and multiple client accounts.
  • Strong background in workforce management, SLA adherence, and
    client relationship management.
  • Tiertiary education advantagious eg: Bachelor’s degree in Business
    Administration, Operations Management.
