Seeking a hands‑on Content Operations Technical Lead to support Canadian online content production.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain new and replacement sources for all Canadian content types; perform online conversion troubleshooting end-to-end.
• Analyze input data (XML / HTML / Word) to ensure proper conversion handling, metadata accuracy, and compliance with conversion specifications.
• Resolve XML markup issues for online analytical titles; elevate and collaborate as needed.

Requirements

• 2–4 years in online content production, conversion, or digital publishing experience preferred.
• Demonstrated experience with XML, XSD, and markup troubleshooting, as well as familiarity with fundamental concepts of XSLT and XPath.
