  • Manage 360° marketing campaigns across digital, social media, in-store, and events.
  • Collaborate with product, merchandising, and sales teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
  • Analyze market trends and customer insights to optimize marketing plans.
  • Build strong relationships with media, agencies, and partners.
  • Oversee the marketing budget and ROI tracking.
  • Experience managing regional calendars, events, or promotions

Personal Attributes:

  • 10+ years of marketing experience, ideally in the retail or FMCG sectors.
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Masters a plus).
  • Proven track record in digital marketing, campaign management, and brand building.
  • Experience managing agencies and vendors.
  • Strong analytical skills with a creative edge.
