Purpose of the Role

The Senior IT Manager leads TreasuryONE's technology function, ensuring the delivery of secure, reliable, and modern IT services that support business performance and growth. The role combines strategic direction with hands‑on technical leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Leadership and Team Development: Lead and mentor the IT team, fostering accountability, collaboration, and professional growth. Define clear priorities, manage workloads, and build a culture of technical excellence. Act as the senior point of escalation for complex technical or operational issues.
• Systems and Infrastructure Management: Maintain stable, scalable, and secure IT infrastructure across all business systems. Manage Microsoft platforms (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive) and identity controls. Oversee endpoint protection, patch management, and proactive system monitoring. Support Treasury Management Systems and manage relationships with vendors and banking partners.
• Technology Strategy and Delivery: Translate the IT strategy into executable projects with measurable outcomes. Lead the planning, implementation, and integration of new systems and technologies. Drive automation, process improvement, and modernisation across IT operations. Provide technical direction on architecture, cybersecurity, and performance optimisation.

Experience and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• 7-10 years' experience in IT operations or infrastructure, including at least 3 years in a leadership position.
• Proven success managing enterprise IT environments and delivering multi-phase projects.
• Strong knowledge of networking, virtualisation, cloud infrastructure, and cybersecurity.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft administration and systems integration.
• Exposure to Treasury or financial technology environments advantageous.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.

Work Environment

Based at the Head Office, with occasional visits to client sites. Bines strategic oversight with direct technical involvement. Requires adaptability, composure, and precision in a fast‑paced financial setting.
