Job summary

An established engineering services company is seeking a Senior HVAC Technician to manage maintenance and repairs of refrigeration systems and chillers. You will supervise junior technicians, ensure safety compliance, and provide technical reports. Candidates must have a recognised Trade Qualification in Industrial Refrigeration and at least 8 years of experience in HVAC systems. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years’ experience working with chillers and industrial HVAC systems.
• Strong technical knowledge of compressors, control systems, and refrigerants.
• Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel to client sites as required.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, repairs, and fault‑finding on industrial refrigeration systems and chillers.
• Conduct inspections, diagnostics, and performance testing to ensure optimal system efficiency.
• Install, commission, and service HVAC and refrigeration equipment across client sites.
• Supervise junior technicians and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Provide technical reports, feedback, and recommendations for system improvements.
