Job summary

A consulting firm is seeking a Human Resources Manager in Cape Town to effectively run HR functions. Qualifications

  • 10 years relevant HR experience, with at least 5 at management level.
  • Registered facilitator / assessor is advantageous.

Responsibilities

  • Manage full HR function within the business.
  • Collate information for 3rd-party payroll processing.
  • Ensure weekly wages are submitted on time.
  • Handle grievances effectively.
  • Recruitment: create job specs, advertise roles, liaise with agencies.
  • Onboard new staff and ensure policy adherence.

Skills

Relevant HR experience
CCMA experience
Experience with unions
Knowledge of BCEA and LRA
Sage Payroll
Intermediate Excel skills

Education

Minimum 2-year qualification in Human Resources
