Qualifications

• Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a senior HR role, preferably in the hospitality or luxury sector.
• In-depth knowledge of labor legislation and HR best practices.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all HR operations and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
• Manage recruitment, onboarding and talent retention processes.
• Implement and maintain effective HR policies and procedures.
• Drive performance management and training initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and industry regulations.
• Provide support and guidance to department heads and employees.
• Handle disciplinary actions, grievance procedures and conflict resolution.
• Champion a positive and productive workplace culture.
• Prepare HR reports and metrics for management review.
