• Planning and Controlling experience advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of internal planning and budgeting processes.
• Lead and coach a geographically dispersed team of Finance Business Partners.
• Drive the development and refinement of financial planning tools.
• Deliver clear insights and financial analysis to senior leaders.
• Oversee timely preparation of monthly and quarterly financial reports.
• Collaborate with cluster leadership to strengthen controlling functions.
• Play a hands-on role in strategic planning cycles.
• Promote continuous improvement in finance processes.
