The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering all estimating and tendering duties on large commercial developments. Applicants should have a National Diploma or BTech in Quantity Surveying, with 10 years’ experience in the commercial and industrial facets of the built environment. Proficiency in MS Office and tools like CCS Candy and BuiltSmart is required, alongside strong independent working and leadership skills.
