Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years post-qualification experience in electrical engineering design and project delivery.
• Professional Registration: Registration with ECSA as a Pr.Eng preferred or must be eligible within one year of appointment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and participate in technical aspects of projects.

Skills

In-depth knowledge of SANS 10142 and 10400-XA

Ability to manage independently and deliver all project stages

Proficiency in AutoCAD

Proficiency in Relux

Proficiency in solar design software (e.g., Helioscope)

Experience with AutoCAD/REVIT

Experience with MS Project

Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams)

Financial acumen in project budgeting and control

Excellent written and verbal communication

Strong problem-solving and engineering judgment

High attention to detail and design accuracy

Strong interpersonal skills and client relationship management
