A government department in South Africa is seeking a Senior Development Manager to oversee urban renewal projects in the Hunter and Central Coast regions. This role requires over 5 years of experience in property development, proven project management skills, and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders. The position offers attractive conditions and a salary range of $151,227 to $176,110. Applications close on September 29, 2025.

Reporting to the relevant Director the Senior Development Manager will lead urban renewal projects in the Hunter and Central Coast. You will have accountability and responsibility for the planning approvals delivery financial control and disposal of these projects. Critical to the success of this role is identifying and building relationships with targeted community and public and private stakeholders to forge secure and deliver partnership opportunities.
This senior position will demonstrate an innovative and adaptable approach which supports the achievement of HCCDCs vision to grow diverse jobs and create more homes and attractive lifestyle opportunities in the Hunter and Central Coast regions.
