How will you make an impact?

Analytics leadership & delivery: Independently own and deliver high‑quality analytics for multiple initiatives within the healthcare vertical, including management of analytics quality.

Technical execution: Deliver comprehensive analytics processes, from scoping and data quality assessment to method selection, design, application, insights generation and visualisation.

Client‑centric: Develop meaningful solutions based on a deep understanding of clients' objectives through day‑to‑day external stakeholder management.

Foster high performance: Share your knowledge, coach and develop team members, including reviewing technical output from junior colleagues.

Strategic contribution: Support business development activities and thought leadership, transforming client questions into analytical solutions.

The superpowers you'll be bringing to the team
  • Technical proficiency: 5+ years' experience in a technical analytics environment, carrying out data analytics or data science work.
  • Advanced analytics knowledge: Strong understanding of data preparation, feature engineering, foundational analytics concepts, model development and model training.
  • Strong coding skills: Coding and modelling experience in SQL / Python.
  • Academic background: Qualifications in engineering, mathematics, actuarial science, statistics, physics or a related discipline.
  • Consultative approach: Experience building trusted relationships with stakeholders and gaining in‑depth understanding of their objectives to develop relevant solutions that solve complex problems.
  • Agile performer: Your capability to move fast with care through a dynamic environment ensures that you deliver exceptional quality without compromise.
  • Healthcare interest: Experience with health datasets such as medical schemes data and / or healthcare experience in pharma, MedTech or hospitals is desirable but not essential.
