Job Description

• Our client, an established construction contractor operating across multiple provinces, is seeking three experienced Construction Managers to lead major project delivery in the Northern Cape, Mpumalanga, and Free State regions. These immediate opportunities are for seasoned professionals with proven track records managing large-scale, high-value construction projects.
• As Construction Manager, you will have full responsibility for the successful delivery of large-scale construction projects valued at R100 million and above. You will manage all aspects of site operations including planning, execution, quality control, cost management, and team leadership, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to specification.

Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the Renewable Energy and Civil Earthworks industries.

Requirements:

• BTech or Degree in Construction Management /BTech or Degree in Civil Engineering /BTech or Degree in Electrical Engineering
• Professional registration (Pr.CM / Pr.Eng / Pr.Tech.Eng) advantageous
• Minimum 15 years of construction management experience
• Must have completed 3 or more projects valued at R100 million or above (This is a non-negotiable requirement)
• Have lead and managed large site teams of 80+ employees per site
• Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale, complex projects
• Experience managing sites with 80+ employees or more (Essential requirement)
• Experience across various construction disciplines (civil, building, structural)
• Must be immediately available to start
• Willing to relocate/travel to Northern Cape, Mpumalanga, or Free State
• Valid driver's license
