About the Role

We are looking for experienced Senior Call Centre Agents to join our high-performance team in Port Elizabeth. This is not your average call centre job — you will work in a high-risk environment, where accuracy, compliance, and client care are critical.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage inbound and outbound calls in a demanding, fast-paced setting.
  • Handle urgent and sensitive client queries with professionalism.
  • Apply sound judgment and problem-solving skills in complex situations.
  • Calmly de-escalate challenging conversations while ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate call records and follow-ups.
  • Strictly adhere to company policies, procedures, and risk protocols.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet targets and service standards.
Minimum Requirements
  • Degree/diploma in Business, Communications, Risk Management, or a related field (preferred).
  • 2–3 years’ experience in a call centre, operations, or client service environment.
  • Proven ability to stay calm, professional, and solution-focused under stress.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Computer literacy and accurate data entry skills.
  • Willingness to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
