The company is looking for a talented senior copywriter and art director winning team! This team needs to be comfortable working across disciplines. They are looking for a fully integrated team to bring their highly conceptual thinking to the studio. This is an opportunity for talented creatives who are driven to create award-winning work.
Duties and responsibilities:
- To produce and craft original and usable concepts and copy in response to creative briefs.
- Drive and write clear and concise messaging for TTL campaigns with words that will inform and engage targetaudiences.
- Work with other disciplines (strategists, media, accounts, etc.) to ensure cohesive team integration and alignment with broader business objectives.
- Work with copywriters/strategists/digital to interpret briefs and deliver fresh ideas.
- Lead brainstorms and conceptualisation.
- Lead in the crafting and art direction of copy for ideas across multiple channels.
- Take work from concept to final execution within deadlines.
- Present completed ideas to clients/team members.
- Stay on top of all trends and maintain best practices.
- Be able to mock‑up creative ideas and define the overall aesthetic of campaigns.
- Ability to attend client briefings, compile presentations and present to clients.
- Participate in pitches for new business.
Qualifications and experience:
- Degree or diploma/experience in art direction (Or a degree in communication/design/fine art etc. that shows competent visual skills)
- Degree or diploma/experience in copywriting (or a degree in communication/literature/linguistics etc)
- Minimum years experience: six+ years in art directing/copywriting.
- Integrated experience (ATL and digital) a must!
- Strong conceptual ability and solid design/writing skills with a portfolio that demonstrates strong ATL and digital.
- Advertising agency experience a must.
- Must have strong conceptual skills.
- FMCG background is an added advantage.
- The consistent ability to produce and confidently communicate fresh ideas, copy, and visual concepts.
