About the Role:
An established manufacturing company based in Markman is seeking a highly organised and experienced Senior Administrator / Receptionist to join the Plant Administration team. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day administrative operations, supporting management, and maintaining efficient communication within the department.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Relevant Administrative, Finance or related qualification

  • 5–7 years’ experience in a senior administrative role

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (minimum intermediate level)

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong interpersonal abilities with a high level of professionalism

  • Trustworthy, detail-oriented, and able to work independently

  • Able to prioritise tasks and work effectively under pressure

  • Strong problem-solving and organisational skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage reception duties and provide general administrative assistance

  • Support finance and HR administration functions

  • Control and monitor office groceries and stationery supplies

  • Perform accurate data capturing and record-keeping

  • Assist management with general administration, reporting, and ad hoc projects

  • Monitor and maintain the time and attendance system

  • Support recruitment processes, including testing and induction of new employees
