Job summary

A security services provider based in Standerton is seeking a Site Manager to ensure compliance with site-specific requirements and client needs. The ideal candidate will have a Grade 12 certificate, PSIRA registration, and 2-5 years of supervisory experience. Responsibilities include managing security operations, compiling reports, and maintaining client relationships. This position is for candidates willing to reside in the Witbank/Middelburg area or relocate at their own expense.

Qualifications

• PSIRA Grade A/B registered and accredited, up to date.
• Valid driver's license with own reliable transport.
• Minimum 2 - 5 years' Site Supervisory or Management experience.
• Staff management experience essential.
• Must reside in the greater Witbank/Middelburg area or willing to relocate at own cost.
• Clear criminal record.

Responsibilities

• Maintain good relations between Fidelity Security Services and clients.
• Daily feedback and liaison with management and clients.
• Compile and communicate daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
• Ensure timely posting of Security Officers for full site coverage.
• Evaluate service levels and recommend improvements.
