Qualifications

• SIA Accreditation is essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the Security team.
• Manage all aspects of estate Security and CCTV management.
• Provide a secure environment for residents and staff.
• Conduct appraisals and performance meetings with the team.
• Coordinate fire drills and tests.
