In contract lifecycle management technology (CLM) at PwC, you will specialise in providing consulting services for implementing CLM technology solutions. You will have extensive experience in various CLM technologies.

Associate – CLM Implementation Specialist
SATIC’s Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) practice is growing, and we are seeking motivated early‑career professionals to join us as Associate CLM Implementation Specialists. In this role, you will support client implementations of leading CLM platforms (e.g., Agiloft, Icertis, ContractPodAI), working under the guidance of senior team members to translate business needs into well‑documented configurations, execute testing, and enable user adoption. This is a hands‑on role with strong learning and growth opportunities, including platform certifications and exposure to emerging capabilities such as Contract Intelligence and Generative AI.
Key Responsibilities
CLM Solution Design and Configuration (Support)
- Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements related to contract types, metadata, workflows, approvals, and reporting.
- Help translate requirements into user stories, process flows, and configuration workbooks.
- Configure components under supervision, including:
- Contract templates, clause libraries, and metadata fields
- Workflows, business rules, roles, and permissions
- Notifications, dashboards, and basic reports
- Maintain accurate documentation of configurations, decisions, and change logs.
Testing and Quality Assurance
- Draft and execute test scripts for unit, system, and regression testing.
- Log, track, and retest defects; validate fixes against functional requirements.
- Prepare UAT materials and support UAT cycles by coordinating test data, assisting users, and capturing feedback.
Implementation, Data, and Deployment Support
- Support data preparation and migration tasks, including data mapping, cleansing, and import activities.
- Assist with integration testing for items such as e‑signature, SSO, or ERP/CRM data flows.
- Contribute to cutover planning, go‑live readiness, smoke testing, and hypercare support.
- Monitor post‑go‑live issues, triage tickets, and document enhancement requests.
Stakeholder Collaboration, Change Management, and Training
- Collaborate with client stakeholders, project managers, and the CLM implementation team to ensure on‑time delivery.
- Create end‑user enablement materials (job aids, quick reference guides, demo recordings) and co‑facilitate training sessions.
- Provide clear status updates, raise risks or blockers promptly, and follow PwC delivery methods and quality standards.
- Stay current with CLM product releases and relevant trends (e.g., obligation management, AI‑assisted clause extraction).
Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Legal or a related field; or equivalent practical experience.
- 1 years of experience in CLM, CRM, BPM, ERP, Legal Operations, Procurement, or Technology Consulting (internships and co‑ops considered).
- Foundational understanding of contract lifecycle processes (request, authoring, review/negotiation, approvals, execution, obligations, renewals).
- Ability to translate business needs into clear documentation (requirements, user stories, process maps).
- Hands‑on aptitude for configuration and testing with strong attention to detail and data quality.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel including pivot tables/LOOKUPs, PowerPoint, Word) and process mapping tools (e.g., Visio/Lucidchart).
- Strong communication, teamwork, time management, and problem‑solving skills.
