Job description

Sales Team Leader (Insurance) required in Johannesburg.

Outbound Sales Team Leader with at least 2 years’ Team Leader experience in a Call Centre Sales environment, specific to Short Term Insurance, and with the required industry regulated qualification, required to manage and oversee the Insurance Sales Team.

Minimum requirement:

• NQF4 qualification or tertiary qualification essential
• RE5 essential
• Full qualification in Short Term Insurance required
• Minimum 2 years’ Call Centre Team Leader sales experience essential
• Minimum 1 year experience in managing a Short Term Insurance Sales Team essential
• Outbound call centre sales experience essential

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee Short Term Insurance Sales Team
• Offer opportunity for a quote for life insurance policies and other products and manage sales process
• Manage and oversee lead optimization
• Identity team needs, understand and train team to handle objections etc
