About the Role

As a Sales Rep, you will be the driving force behind our fleet growth. This is a commission-based role where your ability to attract and onboard new riders directly impacts your earnings. You will be responsible for generating leads, explaining our value proposition, and closing new rider contracts.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead Generation: Proactively find and engage potential new riders through various channels, including online platforms, community events, and referrals.
  • Sales Pitch: Clearly articulate the benefits of partnering with the client, including our EV technology, support systems, and earnings potential.
  • Onboarding Support: Guide potential riders through the application and initial onboarding process.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing riders to drive referrals and long-term engagement.
  • Market Feedback: Provide valuable feedback to the sales and management team on market trends and rider needs.
  • Goal Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
