Assistant Store Manager Opportunity

An exciting role has become available for a dedicated and results-driven individual to join our team as an Assistant Store Manager.

To support the Store Manager in ensuring the efficient operation of the store and customer service excellence by driving sales and building customer loyalty, leading to a competitive advantage for the brand.

To ensure achievement of store financial performance by driving and maximising sales through execution of promotional activities, cross‑selling, up‑selling initiatives, and superior customer service across the store team.

To efficiently execute all operational activities of the store including expense management, stock control, shrinkage reduction, and general housekeeping administration.

To successfully execute in-store visual merchandising ensuring the presentation meets standards with appearance matching the brand image.

To motivate staff to achieve target performance goals, effectively managing them in the absence of the store manager.
