About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Sales Operations Manager to lead and optimize our operational processes. This role involves managing human and material resources, ensuring compliance with security and quality protocols, and driving performance through data analysis and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leading high-volume, performance-driven sales operations aligned with BPO delivery models
  • Upskill sales teams, ensuring consistency, quality assurance and target achievement
  • Manage day-to-day performance through KPI's & sales metrics
  • Giving real-time feedback to agents, enabling consistency to exceed conversion and targets
  • Conduct performance reviews and remediation plans to improve individual and team outcome
  • Foster a high-performance culture and continuous improvement
  • KPI management
  • Client-focused sales delivery
  • Supervise training agendas for team development.
  • Driving Sales and sales targets in a BPO environment
  • Understanding of the sales cycle
  • Able to manage and coach sales team
  • Support & motivate teams to achieve performance goals
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in administrative or human areas (Essential)
  • Language: Bilingual (Spanish & English), English level C1 (Essential)
  • Minimum 1 year as Team Leader and 1 year as Operations Supervisor
  • Minimum 1 year in Sales experience.
  • Strong technical knowledge: MS Office, negotiation, problem-solving, data analysis
  • Certifications in personnel management, leadership, or project administration (Preferred)
  • Availability for flexible schedules, weekends, remote work, and occasional travel
Working Conditions:
  • Office-based role in a relaxed environment
  • 45-hour workweek, Monday to Friday, flexible between 1:00 PM and 7 Text
