We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to oversee our Commercial Division , specialising in bakkies and light commercial fleets.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to lead a high-performing team and grow our market share in the commercial vehicle sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, manage, and motivate the commercial sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Drive sales strategies focused on bakkies and fleet solutions for business customers.
  • Build strong relationships with corporate clients, fleet managers, and SMEs.
  • Monitor and manage stock levels, pricing, and sales forecasts for commercial vehicles.
  • Oversee trade-ins, valuations, and deal structuring to ensure profitability.
  • Implement effective marketing campaigns, promotions, and showroom activities.
  • Provide coaching, performance reviews, and in-field support to the sales team.
  • Maintain high standards of customer service and brand representation.
  • Collaborate with OEMs and internal departments to ensure smooth operation.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3–5 years' experience as a Sales Manager or Senior Sales Executive in the motor trade.
  • Strong background in commercial vehicles, especially bakkies.
