Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of Account Managers.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets.
• Monitor and analyse sales performance.
• Conduct client meetings and ensure service standards are upheld.
• Resolve escalated client issues and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Compile and present sales performance reports.
• Assist with recruitment and training of new team members.
• Identify new market trends and opportunities.

Key Performance Areas:

• Lead and manage a team of Account Managers
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve team and individual targets
• Monitor, track, and analyse sales performance
• Conduct regular joint field visits to support team members in client meetings and ensure service standards are upheld
• Resolve escalated client issues and maintain strong customer relationships
• Compile and present sales performance reports to senior management
• Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members
• Identify new market trends, competitor activity, and opportunities to upsell or cross-sell within existing accounts
