A prominent security services provider in Gauteng is seeking a Sales - Liaison Agent to bridge communication with current and potential clients. The role involves identifying customer needs, upselling services, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the interaction. Candidates should have at least 3 years of outbound sales experience and a proven ability to build relationships. Proficiency in Excel and Word is essential. This position may require flexible hours, including weekends.
We are looking for Sales - Liaison Agent that will be the liaison between our company and its current and potential customers. The successful candidate will be able to accept ownership by effectively managing multiple campaigns and upsell or retain possible business and/or new potential clients, and at the same time keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behaviour. Must have a natural sales and administrative skill.
