Job description

Tile Africa is looking for a Sales Floor Manager to be based in Centurion.

The role requires the incumbent to optimise sales and customer experience through the effective management and co‑ordination of the sales floor.

Responsibilities
  • Achieve and/or exceed branch budgeted sales targets.
  • Co‑ordinate and manage the sales floor component of the branch people plan.
  • Participate in daily branch operational realities and requirements.
  • Ensure sales floor displays are maintained at the agreed standards at all times.
  • Facilitate and promote an exceptional customer experience.
  • Assist with perpetual and scheduled stock takes/counts as required.
  • Facilitate a culture of performance and excellent customer service amongst employees.
  • Conform to all health and safety procedures and standards.
  • Contribute to a healthy and inclusive work environment within the division and team.
  • Ensure compliance with the Occupation Health and Safety Standards.
Requirements
  • Grade 12 or equivalent.
  • Business / retail related tertiary qualification / management diploma.
  • At least 3 years retail experience at department management level.
