General

We are a cosmetic sales based company located at O.R Tambo International Airport and are looking to expand our team.

Must reside near O.R Tambo Airport

Minimum 2 years previous sales experience

Responsibilities & Duties

• Morning shift - 6h00am – 2h00pm & evening shift 2h00pm – 10h00pm
• Both shifts require daily stock / inventory to be accounted for
• Personal appearance in sales is a necessary and important part of the job
• You will be required to demonstrate the product to prospective clients and motivate them to purchase your product
• Be a "brand ambassador" that represents the company's brand and values
• Working well as part of a bigger sales team but also be able to deliver and work independently
• Learn the products and services offered, including the sales terms (e.g. special features, return and warranty policies)

Skills

• Excellent negotiation and persuasive skills for the purposes of closing deals
• Ability to explain product features and benefits in a way that stands out
• Resilience and a willingness to deal with rejection
• Ability to maintain a positive attitude when interacting with customers, even if the customers are expressing concerns about the product or service
