We have opportunities in our Jewellery Stores! Our team is looking for a passionate Sales Associates to join our team! Are you passionate about retail and service excellence? The Sales Associate is responsible for providing excellent customer service and contributing to the achievement of sales targets (quantitative and qualitative, both individual and team). The main purpose is to help the customer select, from our universe of jewels, the pieces that best express their personality.

SELLING
  • Masters all the features of the products enhancing technical and stylistic details and attends to all the LINKs training to be always posted on the new launches
  • Understands and gives priority to the customer’s needs in order to offer the best possible experience in store
  • Participates proactively and efficiently in sales activities, making use of all the tools and sales channels available (online and offline)
  • Contributes actively to the achievement of sales objectives according to both individual and store goals, which are constantly monitored
  • Maintains a high and consistent level of customer service standards
  • Asks constantly for feedback from customers, also using quality surveys
  • Manages all issues related to customer service in a serious, helpful and professional manner, including complaints, returns, individual orders, etc.
  • Promptly finds the relevant/necessary information for daily work performance (e.g., priority of the day, goal of the day, important updates from the company)
VISUAL AND STORE ORGANISATION
  • Participates in the organization of the store, ensuring that the store, back office, and inventory are always kept clean and tidy
  • Checks the products delivered to the store, organizes and arranges them for display
  • Takes part in stock control and internal inventory
  • Organises shipments to customers
  • Takes part in Visual Merchandising activities
  • Keeps confidential any sensitive information concerning the company, the team, and customers
  • Supports sustainability choices of the company by implementing measures to reduce environmental impact and minimize waste
OTHER
  • With the support of the SM, is co‑responsible for its own training and constant updating
