Job summary

A leading retail group in KwaZulu-Natal seeks a customer experience ambassador to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales. The ideal candidate will have a Grade 12 qualification and demonstrate strong communication skills, a passion for people, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting. This role focuses on exceeding customer expectations through quality service and an understanding of market trends and product range. Preference will be given to candidates from designated groups.
