Education
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related technical field
  • Additional Certifications in Sales Engineering, Industrial Automation, or Mining Technology advantageous
Job Experience & Skills Required
  • 2–5 years’ experience in technical sales or engineering support within the mining or industrial technology sectors
  • Strong technical knowledge of mining safety systems, particularly Collision Avoidance Systems (CAS)
  • Experience with digital safety solutions and industrial automation systems
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, customer-friendly language
  • Sales acumen with a customer-centric mindset
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Familiarity with product lifecycle management and customer deployment processes
  • Willingness to travel internationally as required
Responsibilities
  • Support regional sales teams in customer engagements and deal closure
  • Conduct technical product demonstrations for prospective and existing customers
  • Contribute to proposals, tenders, and RFIs / RFQs, ensuring technical accuracy
  • Provide recommendations based on risk assessments and system capabilities
  • Equip sales teams with technical knowledge to confidently address customer queries
  • Act as a liaison between customers and engineering / product teams
