Overview

Clicks Group is seeking a Sales Advisor for The Body Shop at Ilanga Mall to deliver service excellence and promote beauty and skincare products.

Responsibilities

Deliver professional and knowledgeable advice on beauty and skincare products, promote merchandise, maintain general housekeeping, build customer loyalty and maximize sales.

Job Objectives

• Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction by being visible, knowledgeable and customer focused.
• Increase customer loyalty through make‑over and skin consultations.
• Meet Body Shop sales goals by engaging customers with personalized service.
• Improve stock availability by following management processes including weekly counts and zero low stock.
• Maintain store standards through daily housekeeping and merchandising principles.
• Prevent shrinkage and loss through accuracy, honesty and vigilance.
• Assist with in‑store training and coaching on makeup and skincare categories, sharing information on techniques, trends and diagnostic tools.

Minimum Requirements

• Matric/Grade 12 (Essential)
• Diploma in Make‑up and/or Skincare (Desirable)
• Experience in customer service with sales targets (Essential)
• Related experience in makeup and skincare (Desirable)
