The Santam Direct Call Centre has positions available for Sales Advisor who will be based in Cape Town / Johannesburg. The successful candidates will offer world class products and services to clients by identifying client needs and recommending tailored insurance solutions to meet the specific customer requirements, whilst achieving sales targets in a call centre environment.

WHAT WILL MAKE YOU SUCESSFUL IN THE ROLE?

Key Responsibilities

  1. Consistently achieving sales target and contributing to the overall success of our Direct Sales team.
  2. Adherence to Quality Assurance processes (Compliance with all relevant internal and external rules e.g. TCF, CPA and internal Sales processes).
  3. Offering outstanding customer experience.
  4. Strict adherence to workforce scheduling.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
  1. Grade 12 / Equivalent
  2. Experience in sales advantageous
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Strong customer service orientation and a passion for helping others.
  5. A proactive attitude and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
