Summary

As a Senior Associate Sage Intacct Consultant, you will lead and support the implementation, configuration, and optimization of Sage Intacct solutions for clients across various industries. You will leverage your expertise in ERP systems and finance transformation to deliver high-quality consulting services, guide junior team members, and ensure successful project outcomes.

Qualifications / Certifications
  • Accounting qualification, or qualified by experience
  • Certification in Sage Intacct is preferred, else the candidate should have sufficient experience in configuring Finance applications ( e.g. Sage Intacct, Sage 200, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics etc.)
Experience required
  • At least 3 years’ experience in ERP delivery – in configuring Finance applications ( e.g. Sage Intacct, Sage 200, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics etc )
  • Thorough understanding and experience of working with Finance teams to deliver finance system projects
  • Strong understanding of finance team responsibilities & accountability
  • Good level of technical accounting knowledge (Chart of Accounts, posting journals, month end reconciliations, management accounts production)
  • Accounting qualification or qualified by experience
  • Project management experience
Responsibilities of role
  • Lead client engagements for Sage Intacct implementations, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, and deployment.
  • Analyze business processes and recommend improvements leveraging Sage Intacct functionality.
  • Conduct system testing, troubleshoot issues, and ensure solutions meet client needs and compliance standards.
  • Prepare and deliver user training, documentation, and post-implementation support.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver integrated finance solutions.
  • Mentor and support junior consultants, sharing best practices and technical expertise .
  • Manage project timelines, deliverables, and client communications to ensure successful outcomes.
Desirable skill sets
  • Understanding business requirements and translating them into solution design in line with good practice
  • Working with your delivery team to build and test the solution
  • Guiding the client through User Acceptance Testing and Cutover
  • Teamwork and coaching and mentoring your team
