SaaS Sales Development Representative (SDR) – Outbound Remote

Pebble is the platform vacant land investors use to run their entire deal machine and business. Investors rely on us to organize their pipeline, manage direct mail and marketing, track offers, and keep every lead and property in one place. We help serious land investors operate like real businesses with clarity, consistency, and control.

About the Role

This is a true outbound SDR role.

You will be researching, identifying, and calling land investors and businesses across the US.

Your job is to make first contact, qualify their interest, and book meetings with our founder and sales team.

You won't be closing deals.

You are the spark at the top of the funnel, creating momentum and driving predictable pipeline. We want someone who enjoys the hunt, brings strong presence on the phone, and loves hitting clear metrics.

Compensation

Base salary : USD $ to $ per month

Additional pay : Commission per qualified meeting booked

Performance bonus : Additional commission for converted leads

OTE : Competitive and uncapped based on performance

Your Responsibilities
  • Execute 80 outbound dials per day
  • Strategically identify and research land investors and owner operators who fit our ICP
  • Qualify interest quickly and confidently
  • Book a steady stream of meetings for our sales team
  • Follow up by email or text where appropriate
  • Log calls, notes, and activity inside our CRM
  • Collaborate with us to refine scripts, messaging, and targeting
  • Share weekly insights from conversations to help sharpen our approach
This Role Is for You If You
  • Are a native English speaker or have a neutral accent and strong confidence
  • Have experience in outbound cold calling or SDR roles
  • Have earned President's Club, top performer recognition, or similar awards
  • Can demonstrate measurable impact on pipeline and revenue growth in previous roles
  • Enjoy engaging with small business owners and independent operators
  • Are a self-starter who is organized, proactive, and results-driven
  • Excel in a high-volume, outbound sales environment and are energized by the challenge of cold calling
Nice to Have
  • Experience calling US based small business owners
