Pebble is the platform vacant land investors use to run their entire deal machine and business. Investors rely on us to organize their pipeline, manage direct mail and marketing, track offers, and keep every lead and property in one place. We help serious land investors operate like real businesses with clarity, consistency, and control.
This is a true outbound SDR role.
You will be researching, identifying, and calling land investors and businesses across the US.
Your job is to make first contact, qualify their interest, and book meetings with our founder and sales team.
You won't be closing deals.
You are the spark at the top of the funnel, creating momentum and driving predictable pipeline. We want someone who enjoys the hunt, brings strong presence on the phone, and loves hitting clear metrics.
Base salary : USD $ to $ per month
Additional pay : Commission per qualified meeting booked
Performance bonus : Additional commission for converted leads
OTE : Competitive and uncapped based on performance
