Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in a data analysis or data science role.
• 2+ years of experience supporting SaaS software.
• Familiarity with SQL or Python is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-lifecycle implementation of the Merchant Central CRM.
• Act as subject matter expert for the Residuals module support.
• Solve residual calculation tickets using Excel and Merchant Central.
• Interact with clients on Zoom/email to address questions.
• Create and verify mathematical formulas for residual income calculations.
• Log software issues using JIRA and Zendesk.
• Train new clients on the Merchant Central platform.
