  • Supervise and develop staff including Sales, Assistants, and Drivers.

  • Support underperforming stores, cover for absent managers, and launch new locations
  • Drive sales, canvass new customers, and support marketing & promotional activities
  • Monitor compliance with legal, ISO, HSE, and financial controls
  • Supervise and develop staff : Sales, Assistants, Auto-Electrician, General Workers, Driver
  • Maintain customer satisfaction, handle escalations, and host engagement events
  • Track budgets, control costs, and optimise resource
  • Proactive, action-oriented leader with problem-solving ability
  • Commercially minded and customer-focused
  • Strong planning, organising, and supervisory skills
