We are part of Silvertree Brands, a purpose-driven group including UCOOK, SKOON, and Pet Heaven.

Role Overview

The Store Planner is responsible for creating, maintaining, and optimising planograms and store layouts across all Faithful to Nature retail locations. This role plays a key part in shaping customer flow, product visibility, and overall store performance. You will work cross-functionally with store teams, merchandising, buying, and operations to ensure that every store layout supports commercial goals, improves the customer experience, and reflects the FtN brand.

Key Responsibilities
  • Planogram Management:
    • Create, maintain, and continuously optimise planograms for all store formats.
    • Add new products independently, ensuring accurate and consistent placement.
    • Adjust planograms based on performance data, space constraints, and customer behaviour insights.
  • Store Layout & Space Optimisation:
    • Analyse store layouts, fixtures, and customer flow to maximise visibility, accessibility, and sales.
    • Rework layouts and planograms to accommodate new product introductions while maintaining store efficiency.
    • Ensure floor and shelf space is used effectively across categories.
  • Stock & Inventory Support:
    • Manage weekly stock transfers to stores.
    • Ensure optimal stock availability across stores in partnership with supply chain teams.
  • Data-Driven Insights:
    • Analyse retail data to identify opportunities for increased revenue and improved category performance.
    • Provide space allocation and placement recommendations grounded in sales and productivity insights.
  • Collaboration & Implementation:
    • Support store teams and regional managers in implementing planograms and layout changes.
    • Gather ongoing feedback from stores to refine layouts and improve customer experience.
    • Partner closely with merchandising, buying, supply chain, and operations to ensure successful execution.
Experience Required
  • 3+ years of experience in store or space planning, merchandising, or a related retail role.
  • Degree in supply chain management, business management, or a related field.
  • Experience using planogram software (strong preference for experience in using Quant) and understanding store operational procedures.
  • Strong ability to interpret sales, space, and productivity data.
Skills
  • Extremely detail-oriented with the ability to manage numerous updates and layout versions.
  • Strong analytical and data-literate problem solver.
  • Clear communicator who can translate technical layouts into simple, actionable guidance for store teams.
  • Proactive and solution-focused, comfortable managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Collaborative, with the ability to work effectively across functions and with frontline teams.
