LIVE-IN GENERAL MANAGER – RESORT, MPUMALANGA
A well-established resort in Mpumalanga seeks a hands‑on, experienced General Manager to lead daily operations and maintain the high standards of this successful property.

The role suits a reliable, organised, and physically fit individual comfortable working in a remote, nature‑rich environment near a national park.

Compensation and Benefits

Salary: R – R per month (experience dependent).
A family-friendly General Manager's house is provided.

Minimum Requirements
  • 7–10 years' proven experience as a General Manager or senior hotel leader within a reputable hospitality group
  • Strong operational execution and results focus
  • Ability to work within established structures and follow directives from senior management and ownership
  • Hands‑on experience in construction, building and road maintenance
  • Capability to respond decisively in emergencies, including bushfires
  • Comfortable working in remote areas with wildlife
  • Competent driver of various resort‑related vehicles
  • Physically fit, reliable, disciplined, and detail‑oriented
Duties
  • Oversee all daily resort operations in line with established standards and procedures
  • Maintain service quality, efficiency, and policy compliance
