About the role

We are looking for a skilled and service-driven Reservations & Revenue Manager to oversee our reservations department at a luxury 5-star property. This role is ideal for an experienced hospitality professional with a passion for guest service and a strong background in reservations and revenue management.

Responsibilities

Qualifications & Requirements
  • Grade 12 and a relevant hospitality qualification.

  • Solid knowledge of revenue management principles and booking systems.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel essential).
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays as needed.
