We're searching for a proactive and customer-focused Renewal Sales Specialist to join our team supporting one of our clients - a global provider of digital trust and cybersecurity solutions. This hybrid role (4 days in-office, 1 day from home) is ideal for someone with a background in B2B tech sales who thrives on engaging with existing customers and guiding them toward the right security solutions.
As a Renewal Sales Specialist, you'll play a vital part in communicating with current customers, understanding their needs, and helping them adopt and expand solutions, particularly in email and network security, with a strong focus on DMARC. You'll work closely with account managers to strengthen customer relationships, increase product adoption, and support overall revenue growth.
