Job summary

A leading healthcare provider in South Africa is seeking a dedicated Renal Care Coordinator to enhance patient care through management and education in the renal unit. Qualifications

• Registered healthcare worker with at least 3–5 years’ experience.
• Current SANC/HPCSA registration or relevant medical qualification registration.
• Knowledge of renal medical aid billing processes and funder contracts advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate holistic disease management and support the Renal Unit Manager.
• Act as primary contact for patients post-diagnosis until self-direction is achieved.
• Monitor, coordinate, and track patient care on clinical pathways.
