Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• 3+ years US Tax experience preparing and reviewing 1040, 1065, 1120, 1120-S.
• Strong command of US federal & state tax rules; comfort with GAAP and IRS procedures.

Responsibilities

• Drive tax preparation end-to-end: organize documents and manage processes effectively.
• Build and review K-1s, and evaluate §199A eligibility and limitations.
• Prepare individual returns and coordinate multi-state taxes.
