Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a laboratory environment focusing on molecular diagnostic systems.
• Experience as a Product Specialist, Application Specialist, or Technical Support in molecular diagnostics industry is desirable.
• Excellent knowledge of techniques like Nucleic Acid Extraction, PCR, Sequencing, and FISH.

Responsibilities

• Provide first and second-level technical support remotely and on-site if needed.
• Deliver technical product demonstrations and training sessions for customers.
• Act as a communication link between global technical teams and local sales.
• Manage and resolve customer complaints while adhering to quality requirements.
