Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Actively source and generate new candidate leads through calls and emails.
• Engage potential candidates to sell opportunities.
• Follow up consistently with leads for successful placements.
• Communicate with field staff and candidates professional.
• Maintain accurate records of lead activity.
• Collaborate with recruitment and operations teams.
